The media installation work creates a unique rhythm by intersecting the material and non-material of the movements of laser light and the crossbeam of the times preserved for several hundred years. The movement of light that changes in real-time calls for simultaneous viewpoints inside and outside where the temporality fixed on one axis has disappeared, creating a gap (field) between hyperreality and reality (virtual and real) while simultaneously connecting the present and the past. The work proposes a 'between time and space experience' that becomes a living organism and an organic generative system within space.


미디어 설치 작품 <That whales walk at whiles 고래는 걸어다닌다>는 몇백년의 시간을 간직한 암사의 대들보와, 레이저의 빛의 움직임의 물질과 비물질이 교차되며 고유한 리듬을 만들어낸다. 실시간으로 변화하는 빛의 운동은 한 축으로 고정된 시간성이 사라진 안과 밖의 동시적 시점을 불러내어, 하이퍼리얼리티와 리얼리티 (가상과 실재)사이의 틈새(장)을 만드는 동시에, 현재와 과거를 연결하는 새로운 시점을 생성한다. 작품은 공간내에서 하나의 살아 있는 유기체이자, 유기적인 제너러티브 시스템이 되는 '시-공의 경험'을 제안한다.
